MASTECTOMY & POST SURGERY BRAS

Its not easy to start going out shopping for a bra after any surgery. It has to feel comfortable, give you shape and make you feel good and confident about yourself. In the case of a mastectomy, we know, we have been there and worn the T-shirt. The Royce Caress range have darted shaped pockets, suitable for wearing after left or right bilateral mastectomy, as the pocket is seamed to follow the shape of the natural breast. If you have a pocket sewn into a bra these are normally flat pockets and are suitable for the prothesis only, the natural breast will not fit into a flat pocket. So be assured that we have chosen these bras personally.
Always remember all bras differ minimally in cup size, similar to dresses! We recommend you check your band size that is the measurement around your chest wall below the breast, before ordering.

When ordering post surgery bras can you please put the date required by in the paypal notes box provided or alternatively e-mail us. We suggest you order in good time at least 3 weeks in advance to allow for delivery time. In the case of mastectomy & reconstruction a support bra is usually not needed till a few days after surgery.
